How to eat correctly ? - some diet tips


   I like  many other people think a lot about how to eat correctly and food generally . Of course I'm not competent enough to write what exactly You should eat, when, how often etc. but I think because of fact that my shape is perfect can give here some advices :

1. Sometimes is good to eat nothing all day - this kind of body detox is very healthy . Of course we can't forget to drink water !

2. Dinner is important part of life and it's good if is tasty and healthy in one - sushi, good meat it's great idea .

3. Not eating not healthy snacks is great idea too the same like ,,to have always tomatoes in fridge ''

4. Eat with company it's best solution for everyones with ,,compulsive eating'' problem - more easy to avoid ,,atack'' when You are not alone .

5. Maybe You don't need to eat five meals everyday - I just eat when I'm hungry .

6. Calculating calories is something what we must do ! It's very important.
